Custom 10,000 psi, Multi-Port Hydraulic Manifolds

Diverting flow to more than one high-pressure, hydraulic circuit requires a multi-port manifold.  From there, system pressure and flow rate will begin to define the manifold requirements.  With a wide variety of standard hydraulic manifolds, and the knowledge, and experience to provide custom manifolds, Buffalo Hydraulic can equip your system with the proper plumbing components!

Buffalo Hydraulic BHG10,000X4.00-.25SPL Custom Pressure Gauges

High quality, glycerin-filled, precision pressure gauges from Buffalo Hydraulic are the first step in designing a reliable high pressure, high tonnage hydraulic system.  With a 1% accuracy and a true Pounds of Force reading, guessing or converting a PSI reading is no longer necessary.  The option on dual scale gauges of adding Written Certification will provide documentation supporting the accuracy.

Buffalo Hydraulic High-Tonnage, Multi-Port, Hydraulic Jacking System Console

ASME B30.1 BVA Hydraulics hydraulic cylinders are designed, built, and tested to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards. Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves as a Factory Authorized Stocking Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products. ISO 9001 Quality Assurance BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001, which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order. BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries, and other parts or materials sold with or part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.
