With custom models available, HDG20012 is one of 35 standard BVA Hydraulics HDG Series high tonnage, hydraulic jacking cylinders.

Buffalo Hydraulic is a distributor for all BVA Hydraulics products and all cylinders meet or exceed the design, manufacturing, and testing criteria set forth in ASME B30.1.

BVA Hydraulics, HDG Series of high tonnage hydraulic cylinders are offered in 35 standard models ranging from 100 - 1,000 tons capacity.  Custom models through 1,500 tons are also available upon request. All BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, built, and tested in compliance with ASME B30.1 and are covered by BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty. BVA Hydraulics HDG50012, 500 Tons Capacity, Double-Acting, Hydraulic Jacking Cylinder

BVA Hydraulics  HD Series 10,000 psi single-acting and HDG Series 10,000 psi, double-acting hydraulic cylinders begin with high tensile gun drilled solid bar, industrial hard chrome plated plungers, high-grade urethane seals, and one-piece alloy bearings.  The component quality and machining throughout all BVA Hydraulics cylinders ensures that they are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards.

With standard models ranging from 100 - 1,00 tons capacity, the HD and HDG Series of 10,000 psi hydraulic cylinders offer durability and a great variety to choose from.

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries,s and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.
