Pascal's Law provides that, oil will flow the path of least resistance.  Incorporating independent metering valves is the first step in allowing an operator the ability to regulate respective flow rates to corresponding circuits.  With the addition of precision quality pressure gauges and specialty load-holding check valves, Buffalo Hydraulic can equip you with the ability to complete a safe, even, and efficient multi-point, high-tonnage lift. In proving the weight of LC-39A & LC-39B at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, our custom-designed jacking system was selected to prove and maintain a vertical lifting tolerance within 0.035" over 21 points of lift.  Through both projects, the custom Buffalo Hydraulic jacking system maintained and digitally proved a lifting tolerance over all 21 jacking points of not more than 0.020" while proving respective weights of 5,280,000 lbs. (LC-39A) and 5,340,000 lbs. (LC-39B). Upon review, the mechanical engineering team at Guinness World Records has recognized this as "The Heaviest Object Ever Weighed".

Power Team's RA556L and RA1006L (100T) lock-nut, hydraulic jacking cylinders are nearly 50% lighter than steel versions and are uniquely designed to include a spring retract feature.  The engineered plunger thread and mating lock feature provides mechanical load holding quality to the lifting process.  By incorporating incremental pauses and adjusting the lock nut against the cylinder body before proceeding will provide an extra level of safety to your jacking project.
