BVA Hydraulics, High-Tonnage, Multi-Port, Hydraulic Jacking System

BVA Hydraulics, Multi-Port Manifolds BVA Hydraulics 10,000 psi multi-port manifolds are modular in design and can be provided in increments of two.  From there and with reservoir volumes through 40 gallons, Buffalo Hydraulic has the experience to offer a high-tonnage hydraulic jacking system with as many jacking points as your project requires.  With jacking cylinders ranging from 1 - 1,000 tons capacity, hose lengths up to 250', and an AutoCAD flow diagram, all systems are delivered, fully assembled, bled, pressure tested, and ready for immediate use!

BVA Hydraulics, HULN15008, 150 Tons Capacity, Lightweight Aluminum, Lock-Nut Hydraulic Jacking Cylinders

BVA Hydraulics HULN Series of lightweight aluminum, lock nut jacking cylinders are offered through (20) standard models ranging from 30 - 150 tons capacity.  Incorporating this jacking cylinder design into your project allows unique load support through the mating lock nut and plunger.  Simply, as the plunger begins to rise, scheduled time-outs will allow for the mating lock nut to be screwed down against the cylinder body - Creating a mechanical load-holding support at that particular point. The system as shown includes a PG70M3N05 gas engine two-stage hydraulic pump equipped with a 5.5 Hp Honda gas engine, 4-port custom manifold, (4) glycerin filled, NIST Certified pressure gauges, and (4) HULN15008 jacking cylinders equipped with manually operated, load holding valves. Combined, this system provided the required 466 tons of lifting force to precisely lift an overpass bridge for emergency repairs. All BVA Hydraulic cylinders meet or exceed ASME B30.1 requirements and are covered by the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.
