BVA Hydraulics HLN Series of single-acting, lock-nut, hydraulic jacking cylinders are offered in capacities ranging from 55 – 500 tons through 33 standard models.  Additional low-profile and lightweight aluminum models are also available.

As the plunger begins to rise and with scheduled time-outs, the operator can screw the mating lock-nut down against the cylinder body.  Doing so creates mechanical load holding and engineered cribbing,  adding a high level of safety to any high-tonnage lifting project.

All BVA Hydraulics cylinders meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards.
