BVA Hydraulics High Tonnage Hydraulic Jacking Systems

  • 240 Tons capacity, 4-point, hollow plunger stress testing system.
  • 115 VAC, 1 ph., 60 Hz.
  • Equipped with 3-way, 3-position manually operated directional valve.
  • Internal, pre-set, 10,000 psi pressure relief valve.
  • 2-Speed, high flow design.
  • 475 cu.” of oil per minute flow rate from 0-700 psi (1st stage).
  • 60 cu.” of oil per minute flow rate from 700 – 10,000 psi (2nd stage).
  • 4 – HC6006T, hollow plunger, single acting, spring return cylinders.
  • 2.13″ Diameter through hole for high tonnage stressing and tensioning.
  • 10,000 psi maximum pressure.
  • 60 tons force each (240T total force) at 9,195 psi.
  • 6.00″ stroke, spring return.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries,s and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.
