BVA Hydraulics HDG50012, 500 Tons Capacity, Double-Acting, Hydraulic Jacking Cylinder

BVA Hydraulics  HD Series 10,000 psi single-acting and HDG Series 10,000 psi, double-acting hydraulic cylinders begin with high tensile gun-drilled solid bar, industrial hard chrome-plated plungers, high-grade urethane seals, and one-piece alloy bearings.  The component quality and machining throughout all BVA Hydraulics cylinders ensure that they are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards.

With standard models ranging from 100 - 1,000 tons capacity, the HD and HDG Series of 10,000 psi hydraulic cylinders offer durability and a great variety to choose from.

BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty

BVA products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA's option) at BVA's expense for the life of the product.   This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries, and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer's warranty and not the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

BVA Hydraulics PG70M3N05 Honda Gasoline Engine High-Pressure Hydraulic Pump

BVA PG70 Series gasoline engine hydraulic pumps are a high volume, two-stage design and are equipped with a 5.5 Hp, Honda gasoline engine.  Larger flow rates, reservoir volumes, and diesel engine models are also offered to meet the most demanding remote high-pressure, high-tonnage hydraulic jacking applications. The photo shown displays a custom gas engine hydraulic unit equipped with an optional 4-port manifold along with built-in metering/flow control circuit valves to regulate and deliver flow to four single-acting, high-tonnage hydraulic jacking cylinders, four glycerin-filled pressure gauges, to accurately monitor the system pressure in each circuit.

BVA Hydraulics PE50W4N15A Electric Hydraulic Pump

BVA Hydraulics  PE Series of single-phase electric/hydraulic pumps are offered in 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 Hp models. The simplified build matrix allows for varying operating voltages, directional valve type, reservoir volume, and optional features to be easily incorporated into the model number.  This allows delivery on most models in a few short days without needing to settle for a unit that doesn't meet your exact needs.  All units are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 to assure all aspects of the ordering process through manufacturing and shipping. Our extensive inventory of hoses, fittings, gauges, and manifolds will allow us to assemble, fill, bleed, and function test your PE30, PE40 or PE50 Series of electric/hydraulic pump from BVA Hydraulics.
