All BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards and criteria.

BVA Hydraulics, HLN Series, High-Tonnage, Lock-Nut Jacking Cylinders

  • 10,000 psi Maximum operating pressure.
  • Single-acting, load-return, lock-nut design.
  • HLN10006 shown.
  • 200,000 lbs. capacity (100T) – each @9,722 psi.
  • 11.30″ Retracted height.
  • 5.91″ Stroke/travel.
  • ø5.10″ Internal bore diameter.
  •  ø6.50″ Cylinder body, outside diameter.
  • CH38F Quick disconnect coupler included with all HLN Series of lock-nut jacking cylinders.
  • Engineered, mating lock-nut design to be screwed down against the cylinder body to create mechanical load holding.

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves as a Factory Authorized Stocking Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products. All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries and other parts or materials sold with or part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.
