Yoho National Park – British Columbia, Canada.
We’ve long stood in awe of God’s amazing hand of creation displayed throughout nature. From quiet sunrises to majestic mountain views, His artistry has always stirred our hearts with gratitude and wonder.
Now, in this season of retirement, we’ve been blessed with something especially precious… time. Time to explore, to reflect, and to journey to places we often dream about. With this gift of opportunity, we’ve taken some truly incredible trips and experienced breathtaking corners of His creation.
When we think of Yoho National Park, we immediately think of snow – so we set out to experience this winter wonderland at the peak of the season, and that’s exactly what we did. In Buffalo, New York, the average annual snowfall is about 96 inches, but in the higher elevations of Yoho, it climbs to an incredible 395 inches. Calling it extreme is an understatement. Snowbanks, even without drifting, rose over eight feet high – but it was more breathtaking than any winter landscape we’ve ever seen.
We’re thrilled to share more of these adventures – experiences that have inspired us, strengthened our faith, and shown us the awe-inspiring beauty of the world around us.
Our hope is that these journeys will inspire and uplift you, and maybe even spark a few adventures of your own!
