BVA Hydraulics, H-Series of high-pressure, high-tonnage hydraulic cylinders are offered through (42) standard models, ranging from 2 - 100 tons capacity. BVA Hydraulics, HDC10003, 100T Capacity, Through Hole Cylinder

BVA Hydraulics HDC Series of double-acting, through-hole cylinders are offered in (10) standard models ranging from 30 - 150 tons capacity.

This system was supplied for use in tension testing the epoxy bond to bridge anchors with a required pass/fail value of 155,000 lbs. force.

All BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested in compliance with ISO 9001 and ASME B30.1 standards and are covered by the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.

BVA Hydraulics HLNF16002, Lock-Nut, Low Profile, Jacking Cylinders

BVA Hydraulics HULNF Series of low profile, lock nut jacking cylinders are offered through (5) standard models ranging from 60-250 tons capacity.  Incorporating this jacking cylinder design into your project allows unique load support through the mating lock nut and plunger.  Simply, as the plunger begins to rise, scheduled time-outs will allow for the mating lock nut to be screwed down against the cylinder body - Creating a mechanical load-holding support at that particular point. Combined, this system provided the required 745 tons of lifting force to lift and support a bridge for bearing replacement. All BVA Hydraulic cylinders meet or exceed ASME B30.1 requirements and are covered by the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.
