This system required (4) HLN1008 BVA Hydraulics Lock-Nut Style Jacking Cylinders. As the plunger begins to rise, time-outs are scheduled and the engineered, mating lock nut can be screwed down against the cylinder body. This feature creates mechanical load-holding quality to the hydraulic system.
With 22 standard models to choose from, capacities ranging from 55 – 200 tons and the ability to design a system with as many jacking points as your project requires, the HLN Series of BVA Hydraulics Cylinders will provide a safe solution to your high tonnage lifting application.
