BVA Hydraulics HL10002 – Low Profile, Single Acting, Spring Return Hydraulic Jacking Cylinders.

  • 10,000 psi maximum pressure.
  • 196,400 lbs. force – each.
  • 5.55″ Minimum height.
  • 2.24″ Stroke/travel.
  • 6.50″ Outside diameter.
  • 3.54″ Plunger diameter.
  • 45.4 Lbs. each

The BVA Hydraulics HL Series of low profile, hydraulic jacking cylinders offer (6) models ranging from 23,500 – 196,400 lbs. capacity.  The compact design, spring return, and hard chrome plunger provide rugged reliability for any high-tonnage hydraulic jacking application.

All BVA Hydraulics Cylinders are ASME B30.1 compliant in design, manufacturing, and testing.

ISO 9001 Quality Assurance

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries,s and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

Buffalo Hydraulic is a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products and we're proud to offer our support to you.  Whether you require technical support, general repairs on any BVA product that has been in service for many years, need a repair evaluation, or in the unlikely event you're experiencing a problem on a newer product, we're glad to help!

BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty
