BVA Hydraulics, HDC10003, 100T Capacity, Through Hole Cylinder

BVA Hydraulics HDC Series of double-acting, through-hole cylinders are offered in (10) standard models ranging from 30 – 150 tons capacity.

This system was supplied for use in tension testing the epoxy bond to bridge anchors with a required pass/fail value of 155,000 lbs. force.

All BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested in compliance with ISO 9001 and ASME B30.1 standards and are covered by the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Buffalo Hydraulic has been selling and servicing high-pressure, high-tonnage hydraulic components and systems for over 80 years and serves as a proud partner to BVA Hydraulics as a Factory Authorized Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center.

All HDC Series through-hole cylinders are equipped with BVA Hydraulics CH38F quick disconnect coupler in the Advance & Retract ports.

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries,s and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty
