BVA Hydraulics HDG30006, 300 Tons Capacity, Hydraulic Jacking Cylinder

BVA Hydraulics, HDG Series of high tonnage hydraulic cylinders are offered in 35 standard models ranging from 100 – 1,000 tons capacity.  Custom models through 1,500 tons are also available upon request.

All BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, built, and tested in compliance with ASME B30.1 and are covered by BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves in partnership with BVA Hydraulics as a Factory Authorized Stocking Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty Service Center.  With over 80 years of high-pressure, high-tonnage hydraulics experience, Buffalo Hydraulic is glad to offer technical support for your project through a system that will provide as many jacking points as your requirements define.

    • 5.91″ Stroke/travel.
    • ø 7.76″  Industrial hard chrome plunger.
    • ø 9.49″ Precision burnish rolled internal bore.
    • ø 12.20″ Outside diameter.
    • 511 lbs.
    • Rod-end relief valve standard on all HDG Series cylinders.
    • Advance and retract quick disconnect couplers are included and installed on all models.
    • Engineered lifting eyes for positioning on the job site.

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries, and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.
