BVA Hydraulics HLNF16002, Lock-Nut, Low Profile, Jacking Cylinders

BVA Hydraulics HULNF Series of low profile, lock nut jacking cylinders are offered through (5) standard models ranging from 60-250 tons capacity.  Incorporating this jacking cylinder design into your project allows unique load support through the mating lock nut and plunger.  Simply, as the plunger begins to rise, scheduled time-outs will allow for the mating lock nut to be screwed down against the cylinder body – Creating a mechanical load-holding support at that particular point.

Combined, this system provided the required 745 tons of lifting force to lift and support a bridge for bearing replacement.

All BVA Hydraulic cylinders meet or exceed ASME B30.1 requirements and are covered by the BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty.
