BVA Hydraulics, HD-Series of high-pressure, high-tonnage hydraulic jacking cylinders are offered through (19) standard models, ranging from 5 – 500 tons capacity.

All BVA Hydraulics products adhere to ISO9001 Quality Assurance Standards and all BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards and are covered by BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  • 10,000 psi Maximum operating pressure.
  • 200,000 lbs. force (100T) @9,723 psi.
  • Double-acting design – shown with custom clevis mount on both ends.
  • Rod end relief valve.
  • ø 5.12″ Internal cylinder bore.
  • ø 3.75″ Chrome plunger.
  • ø 6.97″ Outside diameter.
  • 13.11″ Stroke.
  • 27.75″ Retracted, center-to-center length.
  • 263 lbs. as shown.
  • CH38F High flow, quick disconnect couplers (Advance-Retract) are included with all HD Series of BVA Hydraulics cylinders.

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries, and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves as a Factory Authorized Stocking Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products.
