BVA products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers. All electric motors, gas engines, batteries, and other parts or materials sold with or as part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty. BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

BVA Hydraulics, High-Force, Hydraulic Nut Splitters
The HNS Family of high force, hydraulic nut splitters are offered through (7) standard models ranging from 5 – 90 tons of force, for use with splitting nuts ranging from 0.5″ – 2.88″ and bolts ranging from 0.31″ – 1.880″. Unique angle cutting wedge/blade offers a quick field change when a replacement is needed.
A 10,000 psi pump is required with these hydraulic nut splitters and is sold separately. Depending on the number of cycles and the job location, this pump can be as simple as a hand hydraulic pump, air-hydraulic or electric-hydraulic.

BVA Hydraulics Gas Engine, High-Tonnage, Bridge Jacking Pump & Console
BVA Hydraulics PG70M3N05 gas engine driven 10,000 psi hydraulic pump is shown equipped with a 3-way, 3-position, manually operated directional valve, and a custom, 8-port manifold. Eight manually operated, needle-style, flow control valves allow individual circuit control, and eight glycerin-filled pressure gauges provide individual circuit pressure monitoring.
This system was designed and supplied to provide flow and pressure to (8) 150 tons capacity, lock-nut style jacking cylinders for use in modifying a bridge overpass pier.

Incorporating independent metering valves is the first step in allowing an operator the ability to regulate respective flow rates to corresponding circuits. With the addition of precision quality pressure gauges and specialty load-holding check valves, Buffalo Hydraulic can equip you with the ability to complete a safe, even, and efficient multi-point, high-tonnage lift. In proving the weight of LC-39A & LC-39B at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, our custom-designed jacking system was selected to prove and maintain a vertical lifting tolerance within 0.035" over 21 points of lift. Through both projects, the custom Buffalo Hydraulic jacking system maintained and digitally proved a lifting tolerance over all 21 jacking points of not more than 0.020" while proving respective weights of 5,280,000 lbs. (LC-39A) and 5,340,000 lbs. (LC-39B). Upon review, the mechanical engineering team at Guinness World Records has recognized this as "The Heaviest Object Ever Weighed".
