ASME B30.1

BVA Hydraulics hydraulic cylinders are designed, built, and tested to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards.

Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves as a Factory-Authorized Stocking Distributor and Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products.

ISO 9001 Quality Assurance

BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.

BVA Limited Lifetime Warranty

All BVA Hydraulics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  Any BVA product that does not conform to specification will be repaired or credited (at BVA’s option) at BVA’s expense for the life of the product.  Contact BVA or Buffalo Hydraulic for the disposition of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, or use of improper fluids or maintenance as determined by BVA and its authorized service centers.  All electric motors, gas engines, batteries,s and other parts or materials sold with or part of BVA products but are separately warranted by another manufacturer, are covered by that manufacturer’s warranty and not the BVA Lifetime Warranty.  BVA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage or loss.

BVA Hydraulics H2512 Custom Hydraulic Jacking Cylinder.

  • 25 Tons Lifting Force – each @9,708 p.s.i.
  • Single acting, spring return.
  • 16.77″ Retracted length.
  • 12.20″ Stroke.
  • Industrial hard chrome plunger.
  • 1/2″ 13 base mounting holes
  • 3 5/16″, 12 X 1.93″ Rod end, engineered collar thread.
  • 1 1/2″, 16 X 1.18″ deep female plunger thread to accept pressing/lifting adaptors
  • Polyurethane seals and wipers for long-life operation.
  • 34 Lbs.

Shown with custom design base support for added stability and manually operated, load holding check valve for added safety.

This system provided the lifting force to position and level a 147-ton bridge beam at eight jacking points.

BVA Hydraulics H Series of single-acting, spring return hydraulic cylinders can be used horizontally, vertically, or inverted.  Standard models are offered through 42 models and range from 2 – 100 tons capacity and meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards.

BVA Hydraulics High-Tonnage, Multi-Circuit Jacking System Console

BVA Hydraulics 10,000 psi multi-port manifolds are modular in design and can be provided in increments of two.  From there and with reservoir volumes through 40 gallons, Buffalo Hydraulic has the experience to offer a high-tonnage hydraulic jacking system with as many jacking points as your project requires.  With jacking cylinders ranging from 1 - 1,000 tons capacity, hose lengths up to 250', and an AutoCAD flow diagram, all systems are delivered, fully assembled, bled, pressure tested, and ready for immediate use!
