All BVA Hydraulics products adhere to ISO9001 Quality Assurance Standards and all BVA Hydraulics cylinders are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet or exceed ASME B30.1 standards and are covered by BVA Hydraulics Limited Lifetime Warranty.

BVA Hydraulics H1001, 10T Capacity, Low Profile Hydraulic Jacking Cylinders

  • 10,000 psi maximum pressure.
  • Single-acting, spring return design for use in any position.
  • 20,000 lbs./force (10T) each @8,929 psi.
  • 3.62″ Retracted height.
  • 1.00″ Stroke/travel.
  • Optional CVM3, manually operated, load holding valve with built-in relief valve installed in the working port of each cylinder shown.
  • Engineered 2 1/4″ 14, rod end collar thread for fixture mounting.
  • 5/16″, 18 base mounting holes to accept base plate support.
  • Industrial hard chrome plunger on all H-Series hydraulic cylinders.
  • CH38F female half quick disconnect coupler standard on all models except H0500 (CRZ14F).
  • 4 Lbs. each.
  • 42 Standard models ranging from 2 – 100 tons capacity complete the H Series of BVA Hydraulic Cylinders.

Buffalo Hydraulic proudly serves as a Factory Authorized Stocking Distributor as well as a Factory Authorized Warranty/Service Center for all BVA Hydraulics products. ISO 9001 Quality Assurance BVA Hydraulics products are manufactured through an International Quality Assurance System, ISO 9001 which involves consistent observation of administration, management, manufacturing, and production control.  Under this system, the related operations are monitored on all aspects from the purchase order to the assembly line and through to shipping the order.
