Victoria Glacier, Banff National Park – Alberta, Canada.
We have long stood in awe of God’s amazing hand of creation displayed throughout nature. From quiet sunrises to majestic mountain vistas, His artistry has always stirred our hearts with gratitude and wonder.
Now, in this season of retirement, we’ve been blessed with something especially precious… time. Time to explore, to reflect, and to journey to places we often dream about. With this gift of opportunity, we’ve ventured on some truly incredible trips and experienced some of the most breathtaking corners of His creation.
One of our most magnificent adventures (aside from the adorable baby buffalo and where-they-roam) has been our journeys to the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the stunning national parks of Alberta and British Columbia.
First named in 1897 in honor of Queen Victoria and perched high in the Bow Range along the Continental Divide between Alberta and British Columbia, one of Banff National Park’s most treasured jewels is the Victoria Glacier. From its icy heights, glacial runoff flows into Lake Louise, giving the lake its world-famous turquoise waters – an awe-inspiring reflection of God’s magnificent design.
We are excited to begin sharing many more of these adventures with you – moments that have inspired us, deepened our faith, and reminded us of the beauty and grandeur surrounding us every day.
We hope our journeys encourage you, uplift you, and perhaps even inspire a few adventures of your own
