Neatly mounted into a Buffalo Hydraulic workstation console, this jacking system is equipped with a custom, 4-port manifold that allows the operator to manually regulate flow throughout the four circuits.  Glycerin-filled, certified gauges accurately display system pressures.  Metering flow adjustments are easily made as needed throughout the cycling.  The through-hole plunger design used in this system delivered 240 tons of pulling force to large pre-cast concrete forms for finite placement.
